Farm Call: $85.00 (Split by number of clients seen.)

Additional charges for travel time over one hour will apply and will be quoted on a per case basis.
Fitting consultation for a new saddle: $135.00

This includes evaluating and tracing the horses back, additional evaluation of riders fit & comfort in the saddle while riding.
Saddle evaluations: $65.00 saddle, $20.00 per additional saddle.

This includes evaluating and tracing the horses back, and analysis of existing saddle and fit.
Flocking on site starting at: $165.00 per saddle.
Strip flocking: $375.00 per saddle. (Replace old wool with new)

Check integrity of the saddles tree, clean and recondition the leather. General repairs start at $45.00 and are quoted on a per case basis.(off-site)
Tree Adjustments: $140.00 (on or off site)
Replacement of billets: Starting at $70.00 per set of two.

Pricing

Posted prices are subject to change without notice although every effort will be made to include most recent pricing. Unless you specify otherwise, similar items in quality and construction may be substituted for those items not in stock or no longer available.

Returns and Warranties

There are no returns on custom made saddles, demo saddles or pre-loved saddles or merchandise if it meets the specifications and requirements of the original order.*

*Any merchandise returned will have a restocking/handling charge of twenty percent (20%) of the returned item’s purchase price.
Any major damage to returned merchandise will assess the value surcharge indicative of repair costs. The customer is responsible for returning and paying all costs regarding return shipping unless the return is due to faulty or defective merchandise.
